Salary circa £17.00ph - £20.00ph depending on experience + Overtime
My client is a well-established, small but very busy very busy subcontract engineering company who do a variety work for different industry sectors including Aerospace, Motorsport, Medical, Commercial and Oil & Gas industries. They are now looking for a CNC Turner to Programme, Set and Operate Doosan Lathes. The ideal candidate will be time served and would preferably have experience of Doosan or Haas machinery.
Benefits:
- Salary circa £17.00ph - £20.00ph depending on experience
- 7am to 3.30pm Monday to Friday
- Overtime available
- Free onsite parking.
- Bonus based on company performance and personal performance
- 20 days holiday rising to 25 days with service plus bank holidays
Duties:
- Programming, setting and operating of Doosan Lathes
- Prove jobs.
- Set up and run machines.
- Work to very fine tolerances down to 20 microns
- Inspection of own work.
Experience:
- CNC Turning experience is essential
- Doosan experience is preferable however specific machine training will be given
- Online programming skills are preferable (offline training will provided)
- Previous setting/operating experience is essential.
- Ideally apprentice trained however experience is more important.
