We are seeking an experienced and reliable Construction Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations on active strip-out/decommissioning project. The successful candidate will coordinate workers and subcontractors, ensure project stays on schedule, maintain health and safety standards, and report progress to project manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily decommissioning and strip ot activities on-site
- Coordinate tradespeople, subcontractors, and deliveries
- Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to specification
- Monitor project timelines and report progress
- Conduct site inspections and enforce health & safety regulations
- Resolve on-site issues and communicate with project stakeholders
- Maintain accurate site records, reports, and documentation
- Ensure quality control standards are met
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Construction Site Supervisor or similar role
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Health & Safety certification (e.g., SMSTS, SSSTS, CSCS)
- Full driving licence preferred
- Strong problem-solving and organisational skills
