We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi Trade Plumber to join a leading property services contractor operating within the social housing sector in the Swindon area.

The Role
As a Multi Trade Plumber, you will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of plumbing repairs and maintenance works within occupied and void residential properties. You will also complete basic multi-trade duties as required to support the wider repairs service.
The successful candidate will take pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out plumbing repairs, maintenance, and installations
- Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently
- Complete basic multi-trade works including:
- Carpentry
- Tiling
- Patch plastering
- Decorating
- Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard
- Accurately record completed works and materials used
- Deliver excellent customer service to tenants and residents
Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing (essential)
- Previous experience in domestic maintenance or social housing repairs
- Multi-trade maintenance experience
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively
