Residential Support Workers – Children’s LD Home | Lewisham

We are recruiting to a number of vacancies in a children’s learning disability home in Lewisham.

This role would suit someone who is calm, reliable and confident supporting children/young people with learning disabilities, complex needs and behaviours that may challenge.

The client is looking for:

✅ At least 12 consecutive months’ experience in a children’s LD residential home

✅ Strong safeguarding awareness

✅ Confidence with routines, boundaries, care plans and behaviour support

✅ Level 3 Health & Social Care / Residential Childcare preferred, but not essential

✅ Candidates able to start ASAP

✅ Male applicants particularly welcomed due to the needs of the home

Pay: £28,900 p/a

Contract: Zero-hours, with regular shifts available

Location: Lewisham, South East London
